Xiaomi has just expanded the Redmi 9 family with the launch of the Xiaomi Redmi 9i Sport, 9A Sport, and 9 Activ.
Redmi 9i Sport and 9A Sport
The 9i Sport and 9A Sport share much of their spec sheet with their non-Sport siblings including the 6.53-inch IPS LCD panels, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front snapper, and 5000mAh battery.
The Redmi 9i and 9A Sport feature splash-proof bodies with a P2i coating. The duo is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 like their non-Sport counterparts.
The Redmi 9A Sport comes with 2/3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Meanwhile, the 9i Sport has 4GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage.
Both Sport variants are available in Carbon Black, Metallic Blue, and Coral Green options. The Redmi 9i Sport starts at INR 8,799, while the Redmi 9A Sport starts at INR 6,999.
Redmi 9 Activ
The Redmi 9 Activ also features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD panel. It also packs a 5MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera.
Under the hood, the 9 Activ has a MediaTek Helio G35 onboard accompanied by 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage. It also shares the 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
The Redmi 9 Activ comes in Carbon Black, Coral Green, and Metallic Purple colorways. The 4/64GB variant is priced at INR 9,499, while the 6/128GB option goes for INR 11,999.
