Infinix has just introduced the Infinix Zero X series – the Infinix Zero X, X Pro, and X Neo, the company’s first phones with periscope lenses.
The three devices share an 8MP periscope lens with a 5x and 60x digital magnification. Along with this, the devices have an algorithm called the Galileo Engine to control the camera while capturing images of the moon and processing the data after.
The trio also shares an 8MP ultrawide with a 120° field of view at the back and a 16MP front camera with dual flash. Additionally, under the hood, they are all powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset.
The rest of the spec sheets are slightly different though.
Infinix Zero X and X Pro
The Infinix Zero X and X Pro are both built around a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling. The company does this by pairing the Helio G95 with a MediaTek Intelligent Display SoC.
The Zero X couples the Helio G95 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Meanwhile, the X Pro features 8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage.
The Zero X Pro has a 108MP main camera while its vanilla sibling has a 64MP main sensor. Both feature Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
The duo pack 4500mAh batteries with support for 45W fast charging. The charging tech is said to charge from 0% to 40% in 15 minutes.
Infinix Zero X Neo
The Infinix Zero X Neo, on the other hand, has a slightly larger 6.78-inch LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.
Like its vanilla sibling, the Neo couples the Helio G95 with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The X Neo has a 48MP camera to lead the triple rear camera with no OIS. Meanwhile, on the battery front, it has a larger 5000mAh battery but only supports up to 18W fast charge.
Infinix Zero X series price and availability
The Infinix Zero X is available in Black and Silver, while the Pro model arrives in Nebula Black, Starry Silver, and Tuscany Brown colorways. Lastly, the X Neo is available in Black, Silver, and Bahamas Blue.
The new series will be available in Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt, and other regions and is expected to be priced around USD 300.
