realme has just unveiled the realme Buds Air 2 Neo. It is the more affordable sibling of the Buds Air 2 while still retaining the Active Noise Cancellation and the IPX5 rating, making them sweat and rain resistant.

The realme Buds Air 2 Neo uses the same custom realme R2 chip as the Buds Air 2 which enables the 25dB noise reduction. The Neo also features a Transparent mode if you need to hear your surroundings or need to talk to someone. The buds have 10mm drivers in the buds with a Liquid Crystal Polymer and dual mics for in-call noise cancellation.

As far as battery goes, it said to give 20 hours of playback with ANC on and 28 hours without ANC. The buds with a 10-minute charge are said to give 3 hours of playback.

The Neo connects via Bluetooth 5.2 which ensures a stable and low latency connection. The latter goes as low as 88ms latency with gaming mode. It supports AAC HD and SBC codecs.

The realme Buds Air 2 Neo comes in Active Black and Calm Grey colorways and will be available in Pakistan first for PKR 8,000. In comparison, the Buds Air 2 is priced at PKR 10,000.
