The next chapter in the Sword Art Online series of games is quite a mouthful. Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is set to release on May 22, 2020 and just recently, Bandai Namco released a trailer revealing more story details as well as a look at the battle system for the game.

Bandai Namco also announced that ReoNa, a budding talent from Japan, will be performing the opening theme song for both the anime and the game. Entitled “Scar/let”, this will be the opening track to the game on release and on its 10th anniversary, the anime series will have a new track as well from ReoNa entitled “ANIMA”.
