Lenovo is also bringing a new All-in-One PC to its Philippine portfolio. The IdeaCentre A540 is an ideal combination of style and function. It has a gorgeous 23.8-inch IPS display, a capable and efficient 9th-generation processor from Intel, an RX 540X AMD graphics card, and other nifty features, including a pop-up IR camera module, along with support for wireless charging. All of this packed into one beautiful looking package.
IdeaCentre 540 comes in two configurations – One powered by an Intel Core i7-9700T, the other, wiht an i5-9400T. Both pack 8GB of DDR4 RAM. The i7 variant comes with a 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD, while the i5 version gets a 1TB Hard Drive. In the Graphics department, both variants are equipped with an AMD RX 540X with 2GB of VRAM.
For connectivity, IdeaCentre A540 has 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2. For ports, you get a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A, 2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a 3-in-1 card reader, a LAN port, a Microphone/Headphone combo jack, and HDMI In/Out.
One unique feature of this device is its IR camera, which is housed in a popup mechanism located at the top of the display. This is only available on the i7 variant.
Another notable feature of the i7 variant is that part of the base acts as a wireless charger for compatible devices. This adds to the A540’s overall flexibility.
