At only 18.7mm thin, the GX701 is the world’s most compact 17-inch gaming laptop. It’s fitted with super narrow bezels which allows it to have an 81% screen to body ratio. Its 17.3-inch Full HD IPS-level display also boasts 144Hz refresh rate and 3ms of response time, plus NVIDIA G-SYNC Technology.
Like the original Zephyrus, it features the innovative Active Aerodynamic System, which reduces temperatures by up to 20%, and up to a 32% increase in system airflow.
Its keyboard now features per-key RGB lighting, N-key Rollover, and Aura Sync, which lets you sycnhronize the lighting effects across a wide range of compatible devices. It’s also compatible with USB Power Delivery, which means it can be charged using the ZenPower Pro PD or any similar device.
Under the hood is an Intel Core i7-8750H, along with up to 24GB of DDR4 2666MHz RAM and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 with Max-Q design. For storage, you can configure it with up to a 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD.
