Earlier today, Cherry Mobile celebrated another milestone, as it officially launched the new Flare S7 series smartphones, and it’s quite a delight to see that the local brand has stepped up its game, offering features that you’ll rarely find in devices at the same price range from competitors.
The base model, the Flare S7, sports a 5.5-inch display, and runs on a quad-core MT6739 processor. It comes with 2GB or 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card. It also has dual cameras at both the front and rear and packs a removable battery.
Flare S7 Deluxe
The Deluxe variant has the same processor as the base model, but boasts a 5.85-inch 19:9 display. It’s got the same amount of RAM and storage, packs two snappers on both sides, and houses a slightly larger battery.
Flare S7 Plus
Cherry Mobile has definitely stepped up its game with its most premium Flare device to date – A Helio P60 octa-core processor that incorporates AI features to various aspects of the phone, from performance, to photography. It has a 6.2-inch display with FHD+ resolution, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage.
For imaging, the device has an AI-assisted 16MP + 5MP dual rear camera system, in conjunction with a 16MP + IR front camera combination, which is also used for Face Unlock. The Flare S7 Plus also features wireless charging – quite rare for a device at its price range.
All three are capable of Face Unlock, and are equipped with fingerprints sensors and USB Type-C ports.
