Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Officially Arrives in PH

tab s4 2Apart from the launch of the Note 9, Samsung Philippines also formally announced the arrival of the new Galaxy Tab S4 in the Philippines.

tab s4 9The Galaxy Tab S4 has a 10.5-inch WQXGA display, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor, along with 4GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card. It runs on Samsung Experience UI 9.5 on top of Android 8.1 and packs a 7,300mAh battery with fast-charging capability.

tab s4 8At the back of the device is a 13MP camera, complimented by an 8MP front shooter. The Galaxy Tab S4 also features Samsung DeX, which can be activated by connecting it to the optional Book Cover Keyboard, or just by tapping the DeX icon on the pull down menu, giving you a complete desktop experience.

tab s4 5With Samsung DeX, you’ll be able to open multiple desktop-style windows for Android apps, including Microsoft Office, drag and drop content between apps, and utilize keyboard shortcuts. You can also connect the Galaxy Tab S4 to an external screen using a compatible HDMI to USB-C adapter.

tab s4 3The Galaxy Tab S4 also comes with its own S-Pen, which allows you to take notes on the fly using the Scree-Off Memo feature, organize, navigate, and translate notes using Samsung Notes, and send out personalized texts using Samsung Live Message.

tab s4 7Samsung Flow lets you seamlessly transfer files and tasks between connected devices. You can even monitor your smart home appliances using the SmartThings app, and have a glimpse of your favorite photos and useful information such as weather, time, and the calendar using the Galaxy Tab S4’s Daily Board.

Pre-Order and Pricing

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 will be available in Ebony Blac, and will retail for PhP44,990. Pre-order period is from August 11 to 19, 2018.
