HMD Global is on a roll with its new devices. Apart from the X5, there was also a global launch for the Nokia X6, also known as the Nokia 6.1 to the rest of the world.

The Nokia 6.1 Plus shares mostly the same specs as its Chinese counterpart – it has a 5.8-inch FHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636. The only notable difference is in terms of the RAM and storage. Unlike the Chinese variant, the global version is only available in a 4GB/64GB configuration, expandable using a microSD card.

For imaging, the device has a dual 16MP + 5MP rear camera setup, along with a 16MP front snapper. It also runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, and is part of the Android One program. It houses a 3,060mAh battery.

The Nokia 6.1 Plus will retail in Hong Kong for HKD 2,288 (around PhP15,500), with availability commencing on July 24.
