Huawei is almost ready for the release of P series this coming March 27 in Paris. We have recently seen the design of Huawei P20 with our recent post. While we distinguish the P20 and the P20 Pro, an image has been leaked confirming that alongside these devices, a Lite variant may also be launched.
Engadget Spain confirmed this from Vodafone Spain’s March magazine catalog. As you can see in the image above, the Huawei P20 Lite’s specs has been partially revealed. The P20 Lite appears to be an out-of-the-box Android Oreo device with an Octa-core processor and an FHD+ 5.84-inch display. A dual-camera sensor is also included with 16MP and 2MP on the rear, along with a 16MP Selfie Camera. It also runs with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
Not Quite What We Expected
However, Evan Blass a.k.a @evleaks, tweeted this photo confirming that this is the Huawei P20 Lite. By looking at the photo, the P20 Lite also has a small screen notch at the top, the 5.6″ screen has 1080 x 2250 fullscreen display, runs with Kirin 659 octa-core chipset, 3,520mAh battery and a rear fingerprint scanner. Comparing it to the previous leak, the difference is uncanny. Still, we know that the P20 Lite doesn’t go away without having outstanding specs. On March 27, we will be expecting these devices and we can’t wait to compare them with each other.
