Earlier this week, PLDT unveiled their latest promo, which we think is their best yet.
Their latest promo is basically a bundled plan, which includes Unlimited Home Fibr by PLDT Home, HD TV Plan via Cignal and LTE Mobile Plan via Smart. It is their best offer yet because all the much-needed plans are included in a unified bill with savings up to 15% off the total bill if you bundle 2 services with Unli Fibr, or 10% off if you bundle any service with Unli Fibr.
In a statement given by PLDT SVP for Consumer Bussiness Market Development, Oscar A. Reyes, Jr., “We want to empower our subscribers to enjoy a complete and integrated digital experience powered by the country’s most powerful broadband, fastest mobile service, and premier pay TV provider.” He also added, “With this bundle promo, our subscribers can conveniently enjoy the best of what we have to offer while getting the best deals that only the PLDT Group can offer.”
PLDT Home also cooked up a site that lets new subscribers build their own bundle.
For unlimited Fibr plans, you can choose one of the 4 choices ranging from 3Mbps (PhPlan 1299), 5Mbps (Plan 1699), 20Mbps (Plan 1899) and 50Mbps (2899). To save up to 15%, you just have to include Cignal TV plan and a Smart Mobile Plan (SIM only)
Here’s a sample computation of your MSRF:
- 50Mbps Unlimited Home Fibr: PhP2899
- Plan 490 Cignal TV: PhP490
- Plan 999 Smart Mobile Plan (SIM only): PhP999
TOTAL: PhP4399 (less 15%) to PhP3,729.89/month
Of course, the MSRF total above is still subject to installation and modem fees for new subscribers. Mobile phone payment scheme depends on subscriber’s subscription tenure.
This is just one of the best offerings that PLDT this year, and we can’t wait for next year. This week, PLDT also announced that they started ramping up their efforts to provide Filipinos with best data experience to enable digital lifestyle. Being the industry leader, the company is posed to spend P11 billion in the next two years to roll-out one million ports that will upgrade over 1.3M subscribers to fiber technologies and create more Fibr-powered SmartCities in the country.
PLDT isn’t the company that’s ramping up its expenses to improve infrastructure. Its wireless unit, Smart Communications, also started boosting its Smart LTE coverage and deployment of ultra-fast WiFi in the country’s top urban hubs.
