The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ (S8G1+) will soon arrive according to an unnamed tipster. It is said to come this June or July at the latest.
According to the report, the first device with the new SoC will be available for the Chinese market first but no names have been suggested at this time.
It is rumored that the S8G1+ chipset may be based on TSMC’s 4nm process which is similar to the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship SoC.
Based on the rumors, Qualcomm may be gearing up a reveal this coming May.
