Lenovo has recently launched its newest lineup of products catering to various categories of users. From gamers who need no less than absolute performance, to creatives and professionals who want a good balance of portability and power.

The rise of Lenovo Legion

Legion, Lenovo’s gaming brand is now the fastest-growing gaming notebook brand in the Philippines per monthly brand share statistics by GFK. It’s also the only brand to post consecutive growth since December 2018. For FY 2018/2019, Lenovo posted a PC Gaming revenue of 19.4% YTY.

To sustain its growth, Lenovo launched its newest lineup of Legion products, starting with the Y740. Equippped with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 and an Intel Core i7-9750H processor, users will be able to enjoy up to 56% higher FPS and up to 38% faster game turn times, while content creators can get up to 54% boost in editing 4K videos. This powerhouse wrapped in Aluminium and boasts thin bezels is priced at PhP119,995.

For those who are just entering the gaming space, the IdeaPad L340 is the perfect fit for the bill. Powered by an Intel Core i7 processor with a 128GB SSD (PHP59,995) or an Intel Core i5 (PhP49,995), it’s one of the most affordable devices equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX1650 graphics card.

Lenovo also launched three variants of the Y540, the one leading the pack is equipped with an RTX 2060 with 6GB of VRAM, a 1TB SSD, 16GB of RAM, and an Intel Core i7-9750H processor.

To ensure an optimal visual experience, the Legion Y44w gaming monitor sports a 43.4-inch 1800R curved display with 144Hz refresh rate, giving gamers smooth and fluid movements across multiple titles.

For productivity, Lenovo also launched the Yoga S940 (PhP115,995), which measures a sleek 12.2mm  and only weighs 1.2kg. It’s the world’s first laptop to be equipped with Contour Glass that’s wrapped around the display and further minimizes the appearance of its already thin bezels.

Yoga S730 on the other hand, is the ideal travel companion that only weighs 1.1kg, and is 11.9mm thin. It’s equipped with a cooling system that pulls air through the secondary vents in the keyboard.

Lenovo also announced new IdeaPads, spearheaded by the S540 that’s available in six variants. The most premium comes with a GTX 1650 and an Intel Core i7-8565U (PhP69,995).

On the other hand, the variants of the ultra-slim IdeaPad S340, the 2-in-1 convertible laptop IdeaPad C340, and the powerful IdeaPad S145 are also set to arrive in the PH market, with higher variants coming with an MS Office Perpetual bundle worth PhP5,995.
