Cherry Mobile just recently added a new member in their premium Flare series. Dubbed as Flare S4 Mini, it’s currently Cherry Mobile’s most affordable Flare yet.
Don’t get its name and affordable price of PhP1,699 fool you though. It may be dang affordable, but it has got a few perks up its sleeve. My favorite is its set of camera and quad-core processor. S4 Mini has 5mp rear camera and 2mp front camera. These aren’t actually bad at all especially with its low price tag. As a bonus, it also has a 1.2Ghz quad-core processor, making the phone one of the most affordable quad-core devices now being sold by Cherry Mobile.
