Less than a month since MyPhone launched Rio, the local smartphone company launched 2 new quad-core devices with prices pegged at less than PhP8,000 – Agua Iceberg Slim and Ocean Pro.

Both devices’ processors are clocked at 1.3Ghz quad-core with 1gb RAM. So, in theory, you should be able to run your favorite games at acceptable performance.

Limited Edition Agua Iceberg Slim

MyPhone’s former flagship has just got slimmer. The limited edition Agua Iceberg Slim features a lightweight and thinner build. Almost everything you liked about the former Iceberg is in this variant. Features such as Magic Camera, Voice Capture, Clever Motion, Touch Point and Face and Voice Unlock are available out of the box.

Take a look at a simple infographic we prepared below for your reference.

Take note though: while MyPhone said that this device’s memory is expandable up to 32gb, the images we received from them doesn’t confirm if the device’s back panel where the expansion is located is accessible.

Price: PhP7,999

Ocean Pro

MyPhone’s fascination of water and the seas does not end on Iceberg and Ocean. Ocean Pro is positioned for the “phablet-minded” consumers. If media consumption is your thing, then consider this as MyPhone’s homage for you.

The device has a MT6582m 1.3Ghz quad-core processor, and 1GB RAM. It’s bigger screen (5.5″) begets a slightly unattractive display resolution and its pre-soldered GPU (on its SoC) is a bit slower than Agua Iceberg Slim.

Check out the infographic below for more information about the device.
